We take care of your comfort and safety and ask you to familiarize yourself with the rules of visiting.

These rules are aimed at ensuring proper public order on the territory and are binding for all its visitors. At the entrance to the territory of the ice rink “Mega Ice” visitors join these rules. The rules are available to visitors at any time near the ice rink.
A skating rink visitor understands that skating is a traumatic sport. Therefore, he or she determines for himself or herself and his or her child the possibility of visiting the ice rink based on the physical and health condition.

A visitor to the ice rink voluntarily assumes responsibility for the risk associated with injuries that may occur during mass skating as a result of safety violations, the instructions of individual entrepreneurs providing services to the ice rink “Mega Ice” and the internal routine of behavior on the ice rink.

These Rules are binding on all visitors to the ice rink.

General rules:

Working schedule of the ice rink: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday – from 10.00 – 22.00; Friday, Saturday from 10.00 – 23.00 (weekend/holidays);
The ice rink works according to the approved schedule;
The administration has the right to change the operation mode of the ice rink, the schedule is indicated on the official pages of the social network and on the ice rink;
Every visitor of the ice rink has the right to stay on the ice rink for the period of his paid stay in accordance with the approved schedule of work of the ice rink administration. The cost of stay at the ice rink is specified in the price list at the cash desk, information stand at the entrance of the ice rink, on the corporate website https://mega-ice.ru
The visitor can use additional services according to the price list (holding a private event on the ice, etc.). To do this, the Visitor should agree on the time with the Administrator and make payment. Additional services are provided in case of advance payment.
The parent may cancel or postpone the service no later than 12 hours in advance, and no refund of the paid amount will be made in case of an anomalous event;
The cost of additional services, as well as their duration, may be changed at the discretion of the Skating rink administration;
The entrance to the ice rink is in the order of the general queue;
Visitors who come to the skating rink with their skates, use the services of the rink in the same order;
The right to visit the ice rink is granted only to persons who have received a cash voucher (plastic card/electronic ticket) with an individual bar code (for passage through the turnstile), and for each client (except for season tickets) a ticket with a personal bar code in electronic or printed form is issued;
Ice rink visitors are obliged to keep a cash voucher /plastic card/electronic ticket with an individual barcode providing the right to enter the ice rink during the whole period of stay in the territory of the rink;
The ice rink is equipped with hourly billing for skating. Skiing over the paid time is charged per minute and paid at the exit to the skating rink;
Rolls are paid according to the current price list (ask at the skating rink cash desk);
The rest of the riding time can be checked through the information terminal (in the shoe zone and near the board).
The ice rink is used for mass skating, individual and collective training, competitions in figure skating and hockey, corporate events, as well as for other purposes;
Children under 4 years of age go on ice – free of charge, paid only for rent;
Children under 7 years of age are only allowed to skate with an instructor, parents (guardians), or with the written consent of a parent (guardian). Parents (guardians) are obliged not to leave their children unsupervised under any circumstances. Parents (guardians) are obliged to explain to their child the rules of visiting the Mega Ice ice rink before skiing and to make sure that the child understands and understands everything. Only after that can adults go to the ice field and accompany the child on general terms, paying the cost of time and stay at the ice rink;
For safety reasons, in order to avoid a frontal collision, the movement on the ice field is strictly counterclockwise;
Skates are given to the visitors at the skating rink, on a first come, first served basis;
In the rental is: women’s figure skates, men’s hockey and children’s skates. Dimensions: 25-47. Disposable socks are given to skates free of charge;
In the rental it is necessary to determine the exact size of the leg and the desired size of the skates. Attention! Skates that are not the right size are very dangerous! Skates are exchanged for skates of a different size within 10 minutes from the moment the skates are issued;
The visitor is obliged to finish the skating in time and rent the skates;
Private trainings, training of figure skating and hockey elements (individually, with a personal trainer, mentor, relative) and any coaching activities during mass skating are allowed only when paying for the following services at the cash desk: “Private training, Freestyle. Visitors who violate the established rules of skiing, are removed from the ice field without refund of the cost of skiing time service;
Technical breaks are held on the rink, the schedule of technical breaks is indicated on the information stand at the rink. 60 minutes before the technical break the rink stops selling its services. If desired, the customer can purchase the service for an hour, provided that it is valid until the beginning of the technical break. Upon the signal of the notification about the beginning of the technical break, the visitors should leave the ice rink;
While visiting the skating rink, please do not leave things unattended. We recommend you to take your clothes to the Aviapark Shopping Center wardrobe;
It is possible to change the schedule of technical breaks depending on the ice condition, for other reasons;
Visitors are required to comply with all instructions and requirements of the skating rink staff and individual entrepreneurs providing services to the Mega Ice rink;
Obey the instructions and requirements of individual entrepreneurs providing services to the ice rink “Mega Ice”;
In the case of intentional damage to property at the rink Visitor – the guilty person is obliged to compensate the full extent of the damage caused;
Attention, everybody! To maintain order at the rink, video surveillance is being conducted.

Payment for skating rink services:

The cost of staying at the ice rink is specified in the price list, at the information stand.
Children from 4 to 10 years old buy the service at reduced prices. In case of doubt about the age of the child, the cashier has the right to ask the visitor to present a document confirming the age of the child.
Before the start of the ride, the visitor receives a receipt with an individual barcode (or an e-ticket), which he must keep until the end of the ride. At the end of the session, the subsequent session is paid separately. All exchange and refund services are NOT required.
During a skating session, partial use and transfer of a cash voucher/plastic card/electronic ticket with an individual bar code to other persons is prohibited.
The service purchased is valid only on the day of sale;
Money for not rolled back time – do not come back! In case of loss of a coupon with an individual barcode, the client is obliged to pay for the service to receive a new coupon.
The cost of the service paid for, but not claimed by the Visitor is not refundable.
At the request of the ice rink administration staff, the client must present a cash voucher/plastic card/electronic ticket with an individual barcode for inspection.

The administration and security reserve the right to refuse entry without justification to any citizen who is under the influence of alcohol or drugs. In addition, the refusal of entry is possible due to: 1) repeated violation of the rules of visiting the Mega Ice ice rink 2) the presence of prohibited items such as firearms, cold, gas weapons, cutting and stabbing objects, explosives, drugs and any other potent medical devices.Benefits:

Children under 4 years of age can enter free of charge. Rent is paid according to the price list;
Children under 10 years of age can enter the ice rink at reduced prices;
Enter + rental for GPW veterans – FREE of charge;
Pensioners by age, entry to the ice rink – free of charge at certain days/hours. Rent is paid according to the price list;
Orphans, children without parental care, children from low-income families, family members with three or more children under the age of 16 (large families), disabled people, veterans of military operations on the territory of the USSR, in the territory of the Russian Federation and in the territories of other states, and citizens exposed to radiation as a result of the Chernobyl disaster – go to the rink at reduced prices;
Disabled and disabled children under the age of 18 years are allowed to skate on a mass scale in the presence of a medical certificate of an established standard, issued by the relevant medical institutions and the absence of medical indications;
Benefits are valid upon presentation of a supporting document;
Benefits are valid only on weekdays during mass skating.

Mass season tickets:

The season ticket is issued not for one, but for a series of visits to the rink;
Sale of the season ticket is carried out according to the current price list;
Payment for the passes is made at the cashier skating rink;
The season ticket fee must be paid in full and at the same time. Payment in installments is not accepted;
The season ticket is valid both on weekdays and weekends;
The season ticket validity period is 2 months (from the date of purchase);
The ride time is 2 hours on a mass ride schedule;
The season ticket is only used for mass skating;
Rolls are paid according to the current rate (ask at the skating rink cash desk);
In case of loss or damage of the subscription card (for Enter/Exit per skating rink) the visitor is obliged to reimburse the cost according to the tariffs of the ice rink;
It is forbidden to use a season ticket to: individual skating with individual entrepreneurs providing services to the «Mega Ice» ice rink, private training (rolling), freestyle;
Money for purchased subscriptions is NOT refundable. Even if you have not attended any skating session, after its purchase, all classes will burn after the end of the validity of your season ticket;

Figure skating and hockey passes:

Sale of the season ticket is carried out according to the current price list;
Partial payment for a subscription is not allowed. The season ticket is issued only in case of 100% prepayment. The fiscal check must be kept until the end of the season ticket validity period.
The subscription shall contain information: full name of the client / athlete, type of subscription / training program, full name of the individual entrepreneur providing services to the Mega Ice ice rink, lesson schedule (indicating classes by day of week), lesson time (indicating lesson time), validity period of subscription ( indication of exact dates within the calendar month), duration of the lesson, name of the manager who give the subscription, date of sale of the subscription, number of lessons on the subscription, cost of the subscription;
The visitor must present a certificate from the doctor about the absence of contraindications to physical activity and be instructed by the individual entrepreneur who provides services to the ice rink “Mega Ice”. In case of non-submission of a certificate, the visitor is not allowed to attend classes;
The season ticket is valid for a calendar month;
The season ticket is individual and cannot be transferred to another person;
The season ticket must be presented at each visit; in case the client is unable to present the season ticket, the client is not allowed to study. The client has the right to use the one-time service;
It is forbidden to use a subscription to: individual skating with individual entrepreneurs providing services to the Mega Ice ice rink, private training (rolling), freestyle;
In case of loss or damage of the season ticket card, the visitor is obliged to reimburse the cost in accordance with the tariffs of the ice rink;
Money for purchased season tickets is not refundable. Even if you haven’t attended any classes, after purchasing them, all classes will burn down after your subscription expires.

Freestyle pass:

Sale of the season ticket is carried out according to the current price list;
1 visit – 1 hour;
The season ticket is valid for children and adults rolling figure skating and hockey elements;
Season tickets can be used by athletes practicing elements of figure skating and hockey (subject to the presence of a coach overboard);
The season ticket is registered and is not subject to transfer to third parties, as well as its use by all other persons except the owner;
The validity period of the subscription is 1 month (from the date of activation);
Money for purchased season tickets is not refundable. Even if you have not attended any skating session, after its purchase, all classes will burn after the end of the validity of your season ticket;
In case of loss or damage of the season ticket card, the visitor is obliged to reimburse the cost in accordance with the tariffs of the ice rink;

Individual season ticket

After purchasing a subscription, the client signs up for an individual entrepreneur who provides services to the Mega Ice ice rink for classes;
The season ticket is valid for one calendar month;
The season ticket is individual and cannot be transferred to another person;
The season ticket must be presented at each visit; in case the client is unable to present the season ticket, the client is not allowed to study. The client has the right to purchase a one-time ticket;
It is forbidden to use the season ticket for: private trainings (rolls), freestyle, mass skating, figure skating and hockey groups;
Money for purchased season tickets is not refundable. Even if you haven’t attended any classes, after purchasing them, all classes will burn down after your subscription expires;
In case of loss or damage of the season ticket card, the visitor is obliged to reimburse the cost in accordance with the tariffs of the ice rink;

Medical records:

It is necessary to inform the individual entrepreneur who provides services to the Mega Ice ice rink about medical contraindications to active loads or a special type of physical activity. Loads are designed for healthy people;
The ice rink is not liable for damage to health caused by illegal actions of third parties or in cases of gross violation of safety by the visitor;
If you are injured while riding, you should contact the ice rink staff to provide first aid or call an ambulance;
In order to avoid infecting children at the rink, please leave your child at home in the following cases: 1. If the child has a runny nose, cough, sore throat or other infectious disease; 2. if the child has a stomach upset, nausea or other gastrointestinal disease; 3. if the child has a fever; 4. if the child has a rash that has not healed wounds.

The baby should be healthy! Believe us, we want your child to stay healthy and feel comfortable on our ice rink.

Recommendations:

For children and uncertain adults, we recommend the use of protective helmets, elbows, kneecaps and wristbands.
In the event of technical or other malfunctions on the roller, we ask you to immediately inform any employee of the roller about the malfunction.

Warnings:

The administration has the right to refuse to visit a person in respect of whom the administration has reasonable grounds to believe that his stay on the territory of the rink may lead to a decrease in the level of safety and comfort, as well as restriction of the rights and interests of other visitors, employees, partners of the ice rink.
Adults accompanying a child may refuse to attend the ice arena and go to specially designated seats. The administration of the ice rink has the right to ask accompanying persons to leave the shoe area.
In the event that the Client fails to comply with the requirements of the Company’s personnel, including, but not limited to, the requirements for compliance with these rules, the Mega Ice individual entrepreneur providing services to the ice rink has the right to remove the Client from the rink without refund of paid funds;
Before going on the ice it is necessary to check the correctness of the lacing of the skates (the skating personnel do not provide services for lacing of the skates). You can familiarize yourself with the lacing rules at the point of rental of skates. These measures are taken to ensure the safety of the customers of the ice rink. The controller has the right to restrict visitors’ access to the ice if the skates are not properly laced and ask to bandage the laces.
The controller has the right to limit visitors’ access to the ice in case of violation of these rules without a refund.
Special simulators for children “SEALs” are designed for children under 5 years old, “Penguins” under 10 years old. The choice of ice assistant is carried out before skating during the purchase of the service, after the payment for the service and the choice of assistant, replacement – is prohibited;

A visit to the ice rink is NOT recommended:

to pregnant women,
to people suffering from cardiovascular disease,
to people with vestibular disorders.

The visitor determines the degree of safety of riding, makes a decision and bears the risk of adverse consequences for his health caused by the use of the ice rink, administration of the rink is not responsible for accidents that occurred as a result of non-observance of these rules by the visitors.

The work of the cash desk ends 30 minutes before the end of the ice rink (according to the schedule).
The administration of the skating rink is not responsible for valuables and money left in the locker rooms in the client area;
The administration of the skating rink has the right to suspend the sale of services due to the workload of the rink;
The administration of the ice rink is not responsible for children staying on the territory of the ice rink without supervision of their parents or accompanying persons;
Photos and videos may be taken for commercial purposes only with the written permission of the administration;
When the end of session notification signal is given, the ice rink must be left for the duration of the technical interruption;
It is the responsibility of ice rink visitors to observe all safety rules and exercise caution while riding. BE CAREFUL AND ACCURATE ON THE ICE!

PROHIBITED:

During the skating session, partial use and transfer of the cash voucher/plastic card/electronic ticket (with individual barcode) to other persons.
Intentionally interfering with other skating rink visitors;
Turnstiles are designed for passage strictly by one person;
The transfer of skates received for rent by the visitor to another person is not allowed;
Distribute various goods, leaflets, conduct advertising campaigns for political or commercial purposes without the approval of the Administration of the rink;
Allow shouts or other actions that offend human dignity and public morals.
Carry out group classes without the permission of the Skating rink administration (private trainings);
Exit to the ice in a state of alcohol or drug intoxication;
Bringing with you and drinking alcoholic beverages;
Smoking on the territory of the rink;
Private trainings, training of figure skating and hockey elements (individually, with a personal trainer) and any coaching activities during mass skating WITHOUT paying for services: Private trainings and freestyle.
Ride with penguins and kittens at high speed;
Carry barbecue-cutting objects, glass objects, toys (except inflatable);
Bring drinks, food, shopping bags, and consume food in changing rooms and ice field pockets to the ice field;
Ride with the kids in your arms;
Put the kids on board and don’t get over them;

Ride at high speed. If you are injured while riding, you should contact the ice rink staff to provide first aid or call an ambulance;
Playing ice games, crashing into boards, pushing other riders;
Driving in the “train” and “backwards” positions.
Ride with clubs, long objects and washers, as well as running skates. The exception is Individual entrepreneurs providing services to the ice rink “Mega Ice”;
Play hockey with a puck;
To be out of the rubber cover zone on the territory of the ice rink in skates without a protective cover on the blade;
Go out of the territory of the skating rink with rental skates;
Going out on the ice field in shoes;
Expose ice to mechanical influences, deform it with the use of physical force by skates or other objects and methods, as well as throw any objects on the ice, pour liquid and pour any substances, use explosives and flammable
It’s on the ice during a technical break;
Bringing and storing all kinds of weapons with you;
Unauthorized entry into the service, production and technical premises of the skating rink;
Write any inscriptions in the premises of the skating rink;
Physically punishing your own or someone else’s kids;

The administration of the rink is not responsible for:

Deterioration of health due to exacerbation of chronic diseases;
Receiving injury and harm caused to life, health and property of visitors by actions of other visitors and (or) their own actions;
For technical inconveniences caused by seasonal maintenance and repair and construction works carried out by third parties.

The Skating rink administration has the right:

Refuse to provide services to the visitor in case of violation of public order, rules of visiting the ice rink, endangering the life, health or property of other visitors or employees of the complex. At the same time, no refund is made for the services already paid for;
Demand compensation from visitors for damage caused by the ice rink’s property;
The controller has the right to limit visitors’ access to the ice in case of violation of these rules without a refund;
Immediately inform the administration of the ice rink and the law enforcement authorities about cases of detection of suspicious objects, things, capture of people and all cases of smoke or fires;
When receiving information about the evacuation, act in accordance with the instructions of the Administration and the staff responsible for ensuring law and order, maintaining calmness and not creating panic.

“LLC “IceCor” is a private organization and you may be refused service in case of non-compliance with the rules of conduct;In order to organize the safe stay of visitors the administration reserves the right to change and supplement these rules.
